Elina lives in Vancouver. Elina has built her career as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant since 2008 (Click here for CICC details), with over 15 years of experience in the Canadian immigration law. 

She has prior work experience with various Canadian federal government departments, including Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Environment Canada, Transport Canada and Pacific Council. During 2018-2021, she was also a faculty member at Ashton College in Vancouver where she taught the Immigration Consultant Diploma course.

Her area of expertise includes Canadian visitor visas, study and work permits, Express Entry, BC PNP as well as Business Immigration to Canada. She is leading a successful practice providing immigration advice and services to individuals and companies in Canada and overseas.
