At Immigranz, we are strictly bound by the provisions of the following Privacy Laws of New Zealand, Australia, and Canada with respect to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal and sensitive information to make sure that this information is only disclosed if and when you authorize us to do so:

  • The Australian Privacy Act 1988
  • The Canadian Privacy Act 1983 

We do not collect personal information about you when you visit our website. Personal information is only collected when you provide us your personal details in an email or via messaging. We will not disclose your personal data to other organizations outside Immigranz (including government institutions and authorities) without your permission unless it is necessary for us to do so in order to carry out our service to you or otherwise as required by the New Zealand, Australian, or Canadian Law. 

We will never re-sell, distribute or share your personal data (such as your name, address, email, phone number, etc) with any third parties whatsoever.

When we receive your email, your details become accessible to our staff and your email may be recorded. All staff and management at Immigranz are obliged, by their legal contract with us and by the Laws of New Zealand, Australia, and Canada, to respect your confidentiality and privacy.

Security

We have security policies, rules and technical measures in place that protect data under our control from:

  • unauthorized or illegal access
  • improper use or disclosure
  • unauthorized modification 
  • unlawful destruction or accidental loss 

We guarantee that all information received from you will be encrypted and securely stored on our local network server protected by firewalls with full backup redundancy. Your information is released to the relevant parties related to your visa application, after obtaining permission from you.
